An AI consultancy · est. 2026

AI for your business —built for you.

You don't need to learn what a token is. You need someone to figure out where AI fits in your business, build it properly, and keep it running.

No jargon
You will never be asked to understand a token, embedding, or model name.
No platform
Not a SaaS subscription. A bespoke implementation, owned by you.
No retainer trap
The consultation has a fixed fee. The ongoing service is opt-in and capped.

The premise

Every business now needs AI inside of it. Almost none of them should build it themselves.

The market is loud. Every vendor will sell you a chatbot. Every consultant will recommend their cousin's platform. Every article describes a future that has nothing to do with your invoicing, your inbox, your three operations people drowning in spreadsheets.

The actual question is much smaller: which two or three things, in your specific business, are worth automating right now — and what's the cleanest way to build them so they keep working in eighteen months.

That is the work. It is a craft, not a subscription.

How it works

One hour, one report. No retainers, no roadmaps, no Slack channel.

  1. 01
    You book the hour
A $1,000 non-refundable fee gates the consultation. It exists for one reason: to ensure both of us treat the conversation seriously. You have my complete attention during this hour.
  2. 02
    We talk for sixty minutes
No slide deck, no discovery questionnaire. You describe your business. I listen for the seams — the places where your team is wasting time on “busy work”, where customers wait too long, where decisions hinge on data nobody has time to gather.
  3. 03
I disappear for a few days
I write you a custom report. It names the two or three highest-leverage interventions, sketches the architecture, estimates the build, and tells you what to avoid. Specifics, not frameworks. You own the document.
  4. 04
    You decide
Take the report to your team and have them implement it. Or, if you're a fit and there's a slot, accept an offer to have me build your new AI employee and maintain it. You don't need to track tokens, models, or updates. You focus on running your business.

A second offer, for a few

The AI Employee service.

After the consultation, a small number of companies are offered an ongoing engagement: I build the AI your report described, integrate it into your operations, and maintain it as if it were a full-time employee of your company. These slots are extremely limited and waitlists are frequent.

Plain talk

This is for you, if. It isn't, if.

This is for you
  • —You run a real business and your time is worth more than the consultation fee.
  • —You'd rather pay someone capable than spend six months learning prompt engineering.
  • —You want one person responsible, not a vendor with a help desk.
  • —You'd like the AI to be specific to you — not a chatbot anyone could install.
This isn't
  • ×You want a free strategy call. The consultation has a real fee on purpose.
  • ×You want to debate model selection. I'll choose what's right; you'll see results.
  • ×You're shopping for the cheapest contractor. There are good people at lower prices.
  • ×You need a tool you can run yourself. Grow Your Business and Levr are solutions to grow your business for this scenario.

John Scott
In their words
I want to take a moment to acknowledge someone that is making a difference. Cris Kinross of Zenly has been helping me reel in the complexities of today's RAPIDLY moving environment in software and AI development to make Most Wanted Enterprises more efficient. It's easy to get caught up in the daily changes of all this AI and what that means for a business and also easy to get lost and paralyzed by that same exciting rampant change. Cris brings order to that…guiding you from the shiny new toys to a world of calm and order. If you have needs for developing agents that make your business run more easily and you don't know how to do it and frankly don't want to know how to do it, you should reach out to her. Chances are, she's already solved your problem and you can be up and running in a blink.”

Book the hour

One hour. A report you'll keep.

Questions

What people most often ask.

Why is the consultation a thousand dollars?−
Because the conversation is worth that to both of us. The fee filters out people who aren't serious, which means I can give the people who are my undivided attention. If you find the consultation worthless, that is, regrettably, the risk you take. Most clients tell me the report is worth over $10,000 in developer fees. Several clients have booked a second consultation when their business pivoted or expanded.
What if I'm not offered the AI Employee service?+
Most aren't, and that's not a bad outcome. The report tells you exactly what to build and how — you can hand it to your internal team or a different developer and have them implement it. The work is documented to be portable on purpose.
Do I need to know anything about AI before the call?+
No. You should know your business — its margins, its bottlenecks, the things your people complain about. I bring everything else.
What kinds of businesses is this for?+
Owner-operated companies between $1M and $50M in revenue, typically with operations that involve a lot of email, documents, decisions, or repetitive analysis. Service businesses, professional firms, e-commerce, manufacturing, real estate.
Who am I working with?+
Me, directly. Not an account manager, not a junior. If at some point the engagement grows beyond what one person can deliver, you'll be told before that happens, not after.
What happens to my data?+
It stays yours. Nothing you share is used to train models. Anything built for you runs in your own accounts, with your keys, using passwords given to you on day one. When the engagement ends, you keep all of it.
