Gift a free Team subscription
CorZen’s Referral Program rewards users who successfully invite others to the platform. One of those rewards is the ability to gift a free 12-month Team subscription to someone of your choice. This article explains how the gift subscription reward is earned, how to send it, and what the recipient can expect.
Getting started
Before you can send a gift subscription, you must:
- Have a CorZen account (free account is ok).
- Have successfully referred at least 10 people to CorZen (each referred user must generate their first plan to count as a successful referral).
- Have the email address of the person you want to gift the subscription to. They do not need an existing CorZen account.
How to earn a gift subscription
Gift subscriptions are unlocked through the Referral Program’s rewards tiers. The full rewards progression is:

Once you reach 10 successful referrals, CorZen will notify you with a pop-up panel confirming that you have earned a gift subscription reward.
How to send a gift subscription
Step 1: Acknowledge the reward notification
When you hit 10 successful referrals, a panel will appear on your screen with the message “You’ve earned a gift subscription!” The panel will explain:
- You have successfully referred 10 people to CorZen.
- You can gift a free 12-month Team subscription to a colleague, a friend, or anyone you think would benefit from CorZen.
- This reward does not expire, you can send the gift at any time from your Referrals page.
From the panel, you can choose Send a gift now to proceed immediately, or Save for later to dismiss the modal and send the gift at a more convenient time.
Step 2: Navigate to the referral program page
If you chose “Save for later” or want to send the gift at another time, navigate to the Referral Program page by clicking Invite Friends in the left navigation sidebar. Scroll down past the “Team Subscription Claimed” section to find the Send Gift Subscription panel.
Step 3: Enter the recipient’s email address
In the Send Gift Subscription panel, type the email address of the person you want to send the gift to. The recipient will receive an email containing a claim link valid for 90 days. They must create a free CorZen account to use the link.
Step 4: Confirm the gift was sent
After sending, the Referrals page will update to show a Gift Subscription Pending section in the right column. This section will display the recipient’s email address and the expiry date of the claim link (90 days from the date of sending). A tooltip will also confirm that a gift subscription link has been emailed to the recipient.
What the Recipient Experiences
Once the gift is sent, the recipient will:
- Receive an email at the address you specified, containing a unique claim link.
- Create a free CorZen account (if they do not already have one) to use the link.
- Claim their 12-month Team subscription before the link expires (90 days from when you sent it).

One free Team subscription can be gifted when you have 10 successful referrals. The gift is valid for a single user.
Yes. The recipient does not need to be a new user. The gift subscription can be sent to any valid email address.
No. Your gift subscription reward does not expire. You can send it at any time from the Referrals page. However, once you send it, the recipient’s claim link is valid for 90 days.
